Everyone who's around 140lbs...

What is your arm size? Over most of the freshman at my high school are around 130-140lbs, and I myself am 140lbs, and here's my problem. My full body is doing pretty good, I look much bigger than most the freshmans when comparing legs/back/chest/ect., but when it comes to arms, I'm really lacking!

My arm's measure in at a HUGE 10 1/2 inches! But considering a few months ago I was on the verge of anorexia with almost no body fat and even less muscle, coming from an arm size of under 9 inches, I'm pretty happy. And I'll be even happier when I reach my goal of 170lbs in May.

So, just to see how much my arms really are lacking, what's all of your all's arm size?

5'8 and 140 pounds is around the average weight at that hieght. When i was 16 and 130 pounds my arms were 12 inches (not pumped)

Aright, cool... it sounds like I'm only a few inches short. Hopefully in a few more months I'll be much bigger.

To me thats pretty small, i started on around 11.

if you get a good weight gain diet together and you DONT OVER TRAIN YOUR ARMS as you might want to to quickly make them grow which wont work u will be fine. Remeber work triceps just as hard as biceps.

12-13 inch....but at the moment i've gained some body fat so there are times when the fat collects and make my arms look 14/15 inches

lol Ingram, you're goals trip me out... i dont think 250 with 10% bf is a very realistic goal (opinion) i would shoot for around 190-200 max. just dont want you to be disappointed. but, goodluck with the arms!
do lots of isolated dumbell curls and triceps just as much if not more than biceps (they are like 70 percent of the arm, i think, dont kill me if i'm wrong ppl)

roughly every 10lbs of lean body mass u gain u are likely to see ur arms gain roughly an inch so jus try n gain sum quality lean mass. im 147 lbs n my arms are about 13.5 inches aiming to get them to 15 by march or so. remember tris make up 2/3 of ur arms so train them hard! good luck.

6' tall, 140lbs (115 in April...I was NOT a noob then either), arms 12.3" yahoo. I've gotten past my ego though, and have decided to focus on things other than my arms .

Being tall does suck though.

Yay, lol... finally someone about my size! But I find it funny how a lot of people at school have SMALLER or the same size arms as me also.

I started out with an arm size of under 9 inches and I'm at 11 1/2 inches right now. I went from 100 lbs. to 120 lbs. and my chest/lat size went from 32 inches to 39 inches. Most ppl make the mistake of not training their back enough. I gained 8 lbs. when I started training my back and I gained 4 inches on my chest/lat measurement. I still have a long way to go but it's hard to pack on mass when ur waist is 26 inches and ur wrist is 6 inches.
