    how much weight would i have to lose to get a 34 inch waist

    currently 38 inch waist at 212 pounds

    i was thinking somewhere around 185 - 190 should get me at 34 anyone got an estimate.

    Yup. To many dependence. I weigh more then the original poster with almost a 32 inch waist.

    Which makes you naturally smaller with a naturally smaller waist but mine is smaller with more weight. I just illistrated it because it all depends on how much fat vs. muscle you have. Some guys also have very small waists geneticly too. It would be a complete guess to figure out how much weight you would have to loose.

    exactly, different people have differently shaped hips...more/less fat...

    there is no way to determine a waist size from weight...
