    I started working out full time


    Monday i had a workout
    Chest

    Bent-Arm Barbell Pullover/2sets/20lb dumbells/10 times

    Close-Grip Barbell Bench Press/2sets/first set 45lbs 2nd set 65lbs

    Decline Dumbbell Bench Press/5sets/25lbs dumbells/12times

    Decline Dumbbell Flyes/2sets/15lbs dumbells/10times

    Dumbbell Bench Press/2sets/30lbs dumbells/14times

    Hammer Grip Incline DB Bench Press/2sets/20lbs dumbells/8times

    Incline Dumbbell Flyes/1 set/ 20lbs dumbells/10times

    Bench press/2sets/120&150lbs/120 set 8 times 150lbs set 4 times


    I also did tri's this is what i did
