Does anyone know where I can find a template(not sure if that's the right word) that would allow me to update stats on a regular basis? I'll need 15 spaces for clothing and body parts, and something to track poundage for my exercises. It takes up too much space typing all the above in messages. Thanks, Miss T

If you have excel on your computer it works well for tracking measurements. Microsoft works actually has templates geared toward working out. If you have either you can tweak the original templates and make them work for you.

You can actually put stats into your BB profile. BB will graph your progress. Like mine, you can see my weight. I never entered the other stuff, but you can see what it tooks like.
I might be out of the woods...

Hey RevMachine, congratulations on the progress you've made so far. I'm actually using bodyspace now, but I keep track of different stats that aren't included, such as midriff, rib cage, etc. I've been fat for so long, I want to know how everything changes. lol Miss T

If you don't have Excel...
you could download OpenOffice if you have a PC. Openoffice is an open source (free software that is free of spyware or adware) suite that does what you would do with Office XP.
I am a Mac user so I use NeoOffice and it is basically the same. I currently use it to track my daily calories. I created spreadsheets for my meals, calories, fats, protein and fiber daily totals. I am sure you could create a spreadsheet for whaever you need and more.

mybodycomp.com is pretty good. Create an account and use the bf monitor. then you can check your progress against each report you make.
