Ephdrine Alternative for cutting..just read

Ok, I stopped drinking "speed stack" it gives me the energy, BUT it makes me feel down throughout the day when it wears off. I dont want a drink wit Syphendrine (something like that) cause its some what equal to Ephdrine, but not as strong, what is totally safe to take to help me with cutting, IF I want to try with a supplement again. Would Caffeine Pills work, or whats a good idea? Remember...Safe, and No Side Effects, is what im looking for. Thnx Guys as always.

you cant have "no" side effects... even caffeine has its side effects... anyways yea caffeine definately works...i think chilli peppers also speed up your metabolism and help you burn fat... dont forget plenty of water, and make sure you get enough fiber.... you might want to look into ma huang thats used as a herbal alternative to ephedrine, but that does not guarantee youll get no side effects...

I run the treadmill, im cut as it is, I just wanted to give something a little try for assistance, but I think im going to stay supplement free of fat burners, and keep doing what im doing.
