good luck@skinnyman 130 to 170 cant ake years to achieve, please dont think you can jsut gain that much weight in a few months, be patient dont bulk up jsut let the weight come over a period of time, im a strong advocate on leaving bulking and cutting to the pros caus they know what they are doing and we dont, most teens that try to buk up jsut end up retaining excess cellulite

i have only started seriouslty bulking and lifting two weeks ago.......so thats why im so small and as you know 5'7" 133lbs
