how much weight should i gain?

im currently 5'7" at 133 lbs .................how much should i gain b4 i start cutting?

170 would be good. But the possible number is 150.

I'm looking to get to at least 140-145 before cutting.

I've already gained 21lbs, so I'm carrying a bit of fat

but I'm just going to cut when I decide that I'm too fat

good luck@skinnyman 130 to 170 cant ake years to achieve, please dont think you can jsut gain that much weight in a few months, be patient dont bulk up jsut let the weight come over a period of time, im a strong advocate on leaving bulking and cutting to the pros caus they know what they are doing and we dont, most teens that try to buk up jsut end up retaining excess cellulite

It has taken me about 4 months, but I've only been doing things correctly for half that time.

What are your stats? (we can compare against each other)

waist-30(i just ate)
chest-33.5
neck 13.25

i have only started seriouslty bulking and lifting two weeks ago.......so thats why im so small and as you know 5'7" 133lbs
and im 14 U? franco

Calves - 14.5
Legs - 21.5
Arms - 12.5
Waist - 30
Chest - 36.5
Neck - 14

And 5'7", 133lbs

I'm 15

gain as much as you want.... gain as little as you want.... its up to you.... my advice is wait till you have built up a good mass base first.
