ok i can only eat 4 meals a day so if i cant get enough cals in 3 of those meals (ie i need 2400 a day and only get 400 in one of the 4) can i just add it to my last meal?
You're less likely to get fat by adding a fourth meal, as opposed to eating more in any of the other three meals. You'll also help keep blood sugar levels steady and keep yourself in positive nitrogen balance, i.e., less muscle catabolism.
