    kneeling squats and "ass to grass" squats

    anyone try kneeling squats? i usually do a few sets after regular back squats, and they destroy the glutes. i highly reccomend them if you have hip flexor pain and need to beef up your glutes.

    also can someone post pictures of true ass to grass squats. like someones ass literally touching the ground.

    I think what most people are refering too when they say "ass to grass" is actually just ass touching calves. It would be crazy to see someone coming up from sitting on the ground with a barbell on their back.
