Fat Free Sugar Free Pudding Mix in Shake

Another question: I have been adding about 1/3 of a serving of straight fat free sugar free chocolate pudding mix to my nighttime casein shake, i assume this isnt really a problem, but is it not a good idea for any reason. Just need some input.

    Thanks
