Lots of sport specific stuff I dont know how to explain lol.It was a shock today because I hadnt been in 3 weeks and when I come back the whole womens soccer team from the college is there..So you know I had to show off a little.No big changes but of course it is the first day.
I will take 2 caps of inhibit betwen 8-9 and fish oil plus my creatine.Abs today as well with my long run of about 3 miles.I gotta get this water weight off. But Ive already downed a galloon today..1 more to go!!
Out of all this I just want to lean up and add more muscle in power. I just love pushing weight.The last couple weeks have been real rough on me and Ive found I love 5 things.Good music,good movies with a girl,running,God,Grandma's cookies(no more i know...

) and pushing weight. This is all part of a big picture and im hoping it all comes together..
