I've recently been extremly forgetful and feel very unmotivated to do school work or just doing simple tasks and it's getting to the point where i'm really sick of being forgetful. I've seen a neurologist for this a couple years ago and he says nothings wrong, probably just lack of motivation or something but I was wondering if i could take a gingko biloba supplement such as say cerebral or a natural herb supplement such as focus-xt.. would that ok for me to take?

Eat more blueberries! Not only are they full of anti-oxidants, they help improve memory and reverse brain aging too!

extracted from one of the above articles:
"Most impressive was the ability of blueberries to improve memory as well as undo some of the degenerative changes seen in aging neurons. One study showed that the effect of blueberries in suppressing free radical and inflammatory damage in the brain was analogous to long-term calorie restriction. These findings hint that blueberries might be able to reverse certain aspects of brain aging!"
Plus they taste great with strawberries and creme or blended and added to your protein shake

fish oil, antioxidants such as green tea extract, and a quality multivitamin are great brain supplements. take these and drink at least a gallon of water daily. after a month, try and tell us you dont feel any better.

alcar is really good actually, but it isnt very lasting. great times to take 1-2 grams of it would be during times of stress or when you expect to be in for a rough day such as before an important test, interview, and what not. just for the sake of maintaining sensitivity, i think it would be better not to be dosing multiple times daily as part of your standard regimen.
on the other hand, what i suggested earlier is very safe to take, difficult to overdose, and will stay with you throughout the day.*********DISCOUNT CODES********* save money and support bodybuilding.com!

bump on the alcar.
Start drinking Green Tea everyday, just because. Even if it doesn't improve your memory, it'll improve at least 1 other aspect of your life.
If the Dr's cannot find a reason for it, it may just be psychological. At your age, every single part of your body is out of whack and it may just be normalizing. Don't expect a supplement to fix it, what you do personally to correct it is what will make the difference.Don't Support Companies that are suing me!!
