i've always considered myself on the weak side but according to this i'm in the good/fair zone on most. what do you guys say, is a 295 squat and a 205 bench good for someone that weighs about 150 pounds?

Eh, I don't like it. It's too vague. I'm 6'5 215lbs. with 8% bodyfat or so. Somebody that is 5'10 215lbs. with 8% body fat, would, I'm guessing be able to lift more than I would.
For me to look "identical" to that guy, I've had to weight about 265.
It's all relative, plus I have no idea how they came up with those numbers.
