Ultimate Mass Gain Shake!!!
Just made it about 2 hours ago. The best I've ever had. Here it goes:
4 scoops Chocolate Cyto-Gainer
4 scoops Cookies n' Cream Ice Cream (yes, that's right)
2-3 (dont remember) cups Non-fat Hi-protein milk
1/2 cup of oats
2 spoons of cottage cheese and a little yogurt
1/2 banana
2 Tbsp. Honey
It was the most amazing thing ever. Everything from me, mostly my brother, was about on empty so I just decided to use it all up and I'm glad I did. But, I think roughly 100 grams of protein is a bit much. Later.
