    "Deadlift" of anterior chain?

Hey guys, so you know how deadlifts use the entire posterior chain right, well is there a single exercise that does the same thing for the anterior chain (chest, quads, delts etc)?

    Just curious
    Lifts @ 999lbs

    Squat 1300lbs/590kg
    Bench Press 700lbs/317.5kg
    Deadlift 1000lbs/453.5kg

    Clean&Jerk 600lbs/272kg
    Snatch 500lbs/227kg

Lifts all Raw (no suits or wraps)

    I can't think of one.

Deadlifts use all of those anyway.

    State Record: 530lb

squats, bench, deadlift, overhead press, barbell row, pull up

thats your muscles covered by the biggest movements so to answer your question no there is no single exercise to heavily tax all those muscles at once

Lol a squat-bench combo. Squat, lean back 90º and press off your chest.

    Best exercise ever right.

They're isometric in the lift. Assuming you're using olympic grip, delts hold the bar steady and your pecs are what keeps your torso steady. Just like in the back squat, your traps and lats are isometric, but theyre working.

Here's what you gotta do. Walk straight up to that Hack Squat machine, look it dead in the eye, and move it into the cable crossover station. Then, do hack squats whilst doing cable crossovers, (which you'll basically be doing like a press to hit your triceps as well). Boom. Anterior city.

There isn't really an all in one for the anterior chain, just concentrate performing all the compounds and that will cover all muscle groups.
