Looking cut man, I noticed in your signature that you do legs till you puke.
I just did legs today and felt like puking after. I try to go as heavy as I can.
Are you saying that leg days make you feel sick as well? If so I wonder why that happens to us?

Great shoulders, first thing i saw, arms look like they need more size, i know a crunched side chest isnt good for showing arm size but still......does anyone have arms that are TOO big??!!
Chest looks really well developed, but, upper isnt matching the lower, cant see back so obviously cant comment on that, hamstrings look good but could do with having some of those extra pounds placing there, hams are what make the leg look massive from side shots like this and side tri....calves look great mate.
Cant see quads properly either but with the amount of volume they look to have from this side shot i can imagine they are pretty large, some peoples legs look small and flat when you bend the leg into position in this pose.
Overall, very good, condition looks **** hot mate, get more pics so i can see what the rest of your physique looks like......what fed do you compete in??? Im doing the British championships this october, junior classes...

ITs normal if you train them hard as hell mate, theres so much muscle in the legs that when you train them really hard you draw blood away from other organs so the body can supply the muscle with nutrients and oxygen to curb the oxygen deprevation in the muscle.....when this happens, if you have any food in your stomach your body rejects it making you puke, because without blood, the stomach cannot digest anything.....

Thanks. Regarding leg training, it is the only routine that makes me puke, I feel because its half your body and lots of volume/heavy etc
regarding additional size, need it all over, but prioritising Lats/Bi's/Abs *thickness
Training is going Ok although job does get in the way occassionally, but am now in the long road to competing next May, Hopeful of hitting stage around 250, bit bigger everywhere
