Hate Protein Shakes, Alternative?
Look I have tried alot of differnet protein. I guess the best was muslce milk. Cytogainer is murder geting it all down. Can anyone give a suggestion on what would be a good tasting altertitive. I really like how cytogainer has creatine and 54g of protien anything compare?

On whey Protein is the way to go.. So good, I love it. and So many flavors to choose from.

Try Timed release Amino tablets there lots of protein tablets out there and like what the other guys said Is a really good Idea to.

Run through the Reviews section, try to find some consistant feedback on a product, then buy it. GF Pro and Nectar get rave reviews. I-Pro is up there as well.

It's very good for a protien I think you will find that the flavors are very unique. Also if you just can't stand protien, then go with chicken breast and lots and lots of it.
