    Question is pork a good source of protein

    what is the deal with pork if you boil it up and take all the fatt off it. WIll that be a good meat to add to the diet

    Yes pork is most definitely a source of decent quality complete protein. I've heard that the quality isn't quite as good as that of steak, chicken or tuna, but it is still a good source of complete protein. It's good to incorporate it into your diet for variation and it is lean when you trim the fat off, as the fat in pork is mostly around the outside.

    Yes, good for variety too if you are always eating tuna, chicken etc.
