Let's imagine an empty gym and that the bodybuilder trains in it alone. He is always alone. He can't use spotters, and can't do exercices that require 2 people like donkey calf raises. Can he still get a professional phisique?

Can someone become a successful bodybuilder without any help from other people?

Of course not, don't be silly. Not without donkey calf raises.
Why not? Who needs spotters? I like having a workout partner, but I could do just fine without one."If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen." - Samuel Adams
