gaining wieght
yo guys. im 16 and have been working out for somtime with some pretty good gains. im not the strongest kid but im improveing. what im haveing trouble with is gaining wieght. im stuck at 170-175. i wanted to get up to 200 but now im just struggleing to make it to 180. im takeing creatine and protine, u guys think i should take a wieght gainer instead of protine? any advise?
