Too many carbs?

Hello, everyone! I'm having a hard time keeping my carb level around 20g/day during keto. I'm averaging more like 25-30g of carbs per day. Will this keep me from getting into ketosis? So, my daily ratios are more like 68% fat, 25% protein, and 7 % carbs. Should I even worry? Thanks for any input.

Are you subtracting fibre grams from the carb grams?

Probably be ok anyway though.

Yes I am subtracting fiber to equal net carbs.... Most of my carbs comes from veggies, some cheese and some nuts.

For some reason, Fitday seems to think there is almost no fibre in most common green veg. Whenever I buy veg with a nutrition label, it always gives way more fibre than Fitday does.

For practical purposes, count each serving of green veg as 1 or 2 carbs, and work from there. Bet you won't be too far off.

Btw, I just checked fitday and for 1 cup of broccoli it has total carbs= 4.8g - fiber=2.6 g which is 2.2g net carbs. which sounds about right. So Iguess my carb totals are about right.
This is a sample menu of what I have during the day:

Pre Workout: cup fo coffee with 1 tbsp half and half

Meal 1: PWO shake (whey only)

Meal 2: 2 egg omelet with 1 garlic, 6cups spinach, 4 tbsp whipped cream cheese, 1 tbsp olive oil

Meal 3: 1 oz almonds or walnuts

Meal 4: 4-5 oz salmon with soy marinade (2 tbsp soy sauce, squirt of lemon,
ginger, 1tbsp toasted sesame seeds, bit of vinegar)
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower

Meal 5: 2 celery sticks
Tuna salad: 1.5 oz canned tuna, 2 tbsp mayo, bit of mustard, 1 tbsp
chives

Meal 6 : Flaxmeal Oatmeal: 6 tbsp flaxmeal, 50 ml coconut milk, dash of
cinnamon, stevia

I count EVERYTING in fitday.
Total: 1510
Fat: 104g 935 64%
Carbs: 53g 106 7%
Fiber: 26g 0 0%
Protein:103g 412 28%

The good thing is i'm getting alot of fiber .

I'm female. 5"2 151 lbs. I don't know my bodyfat but I would guess around 30%.
