Btw, I just checked fitday and for 1 cup of broccoli it has total carbs= 4.8g - fiber=2.6 g which is 2.2g net carbs. which sounds about right. So Iguess my carb totals are about right.
This is a sample menu of what I have during the day:
Pre Workout: cup fo coffee with 1 tbsp half and half
Meal 1: PWO shake (whey only)
Meal 2: 2 egg omelet with 1 garlic, 6cups spinach, 4 tbsp whipped cream cheese, 1 tbsp olive oil
Meal 3: 1 oz almonds or walnuts
Meal 4: 4-5 oz salmon with soy marinade (2 tbsp soy sauce, squirt of lemon,
ginger, 1tbsp toasted sesame seeds, bit of vinegar)
1 cup broccoli
1 cup cauliflower
Meal 5: 2 celery sticks
Tuna salad: 1.5 oz canned tuna, 2 tbsp mayo, bit of mustard, 1 tbsp
chives
Meal 6 : Flaxmeal Oatmeal: 6 tbsp flaxmeal, 50 ml coconut milk, dash of
cinnamon, stevia
I count EVERYTING in fitday.
Total: 1510
Fat: 104g 935 64%
Carbs: 53g 106 7%
Fiber: 26g 0 0%
Protein:103g 412 28%
The good thing is i'm getting alot of fiber
