If you want to buy in bulk like that you should visit your local butcher, they will sell you an ass load of boneless skinless breasts at a price. Or you could go to any one of those stores that sell in bulk such as costcos and Bj's. As for brands, it really doesnt matter there all the same unless you get a custom cut, i perfer perdue fit n easy 99% fat free breasts that are hand trimed to 99%fat free, i also hand trim em when i get home removeing even more fat. However They cost more but im not paying for em so

But if your going to be buying enough for 3 weeks i would definitly freeze them. Theres no way there going to be fresh sitting in the fridge that long. So what you gota do is put the ammount of breasts you want for each day in individual ziplock bags and freeze them like that. Dont try freezing all the breasts together either, cause that would require defreezing all of them just to get out what you need, and once you defrost it you must use it that day or else its going to go bad and you certinaly cant refreeze it and expect them to be fresh either.

3 weeks worth of chicken...i guess it depends on how much chicken you eat in a day. sams club sells a 6.5lb bag of forzen breast, most of the time grocery stores around me do a 4/5 for $20 on their 3lb bag of breast, or you could always get fresh chicken. keep your eyes peeled at farmer's markets and butcher shops, they usually have better deals on fresh meats.

i bought the 6.5lb from sam's club, i cook it up and never know it was ever even frozen, much easier than buying fresh and trimming it and bagging it
