What I want to know is after a workout on the keto diet which bar or shake is best? Opinions matter. Is Optimum nutrition's 100% whey protein or designer protein bars any good?

Have a shake, bars are your ENEMY when you're on keto.
100% works great add a couple of tbsp of honey and you have a great post-w shake. Keep it simple."Bad habits are like a comfortable bed, easy to get into, but hard to get out of." - Anonimus -

Recovery is key. Massages, epsom salts baths, foam rolling, sleep masks, contrast showers, it all adds up. Get a foam roller, The Stick, a tennis/baseball, use them and stay healthy, pain and injury free.

THANKS A LOT,
I was actually seriously considering buying 90 absberry designer whey protein bars today. I do keto and I've gotten good results but this mistake would have made me feel small. Instead I will order a 5 lb. bag of Optimum 100% whey protein instead. This is a keto safe move, right? You said to add honey, I'm guessing that it is to add up to the recommended 30 grams, am I right?
