I am thinking of trying Hydroxycut. I've been going to gym for 2 years now, I do cardio on 3 days and weight training on 3 days with 1 day off (maybe 2). I am eating the 5-6 small meals (inc. myoplex lite shakes) per day. My body is more toned but I still have some fat which is covering the muscles LOL! So I want to get rid of the fat. (I'm 5'3" and weight about 140lbs).
I took Xenadrine up to 2 months ago, and thought to change to Hydroxycut.
I spoke to the GNC guy and he said take 9 pills a day (which seemed a lot, I haven't bought anything yet though); he said 3 first thing in the morning before breakfast; 3 before lunchtime and 3 more in the evening. Now everything I've read about Xenadrine and Hydroxycut mentions they keep you awake if taken later than 4pm - but he didn't seem to think it mattered how late!
I wondered whether I should start off on just 1 tab 3 times a day and increase from there - and should I only take them on training days?
I must admit the bit about hearts racing scares me a little though, as I find if I have too much coffee it causes my heart to race - is this harmful?
Also wondered if glutamine would be a good idea and if it would be OK to have it with Hydroxy and protein shakes ....
One more query is: if anyone has tried cutting gel and does it work?
