Its difficult to say. You need to work out your RMR, then add to that value your calories burnt by exercise etc, then subtract about 500. That should give you a rought idea on how many to consume per day.
BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )
For you, this would give a BMR of 2492. If you burned say 650 calories a day through exercise, then this would give you a figure of around 3142. Subtract say 500 per day, to create the defecit and this would give you 2642. This is the amount of calories you should eat per day.
try that - that assumes no knowledge about bodyfat percentage.
you need to factor in lifestyle, BMR is what you would burn if you did nothing - even if you rested in bed all day, your body would burn about 1.2* your BMR.
your calorie defecit for weight loss should be about 500 under what you're burning a day - these calculators are not perfect, so you should experiment a little
