Even with the small picture, you can still see the detail and mass of your back. You're definitely massive and thick, man. Obvious that you were a football player. Great job.
For future pics, how about a front and rear double bicep. I don't think you've ever posted those poses before. And definitely some of your massive quads. Chest and quads are definitely your strongest areas.
Keep em coming, man. Only make them bigger.

Awesome back man! You look great even unpumped. I'm trying to get mine in shape, mostly lower back is hard to do for me. Any advice on that? I love barbell rows and reverse flys because they really help define and build up the back muscles.

Aside from deadlifts, I do weighted back extensions. I hold a 45 and just do about 30 at the end of my workouts...
