Late night meal craving
Somedays I just can't stand it and have to have something to eat, but I was wondering what can fill me up without f'ing my diet up.

If you're on a very strict diet... what the guy said above wouldn't hurt. Otherwise cottage cheese (it's gross and makes you full).

eat anything that you would normally eat in your diet. tuna and peanut butter, eggs, veggies, cottage cheese, chicken, etc. if you are having cravings in the latter portions of the evening more than likely it is a product of underfeeding your body during the day.

I like having a protein shake with some EFA's and some fiber and that fills me up nicely and I love eating late at night.

Shredded cabbage microwaved down...4 cups, 80 calories, Trader Joe's. Sprinkle with Splenda, 1-2 tsp soy sauce (if youre not watching sodium intake), yellow mustard, and Mrs. Dash flavor of choice. Fills me up and takes care of that impulse to stuff your face. Splenda also helps calm the sweet craving.
Microwaved broccoli florets sprayed with spray butter and Mrs. Dash.
What can I say, I love my veggies! ;-)
