Somewhat I guess, both have a good array of AA's but whey packs way more protein than AA's. I would suggest taking a Whey over AA's. A good source of AA's is Universal's Uni-Liver tabs and they are pretty cheap like $12-$13 for 500 I think.Originally posted by flexfrlife
