sure! I love coffee
I drink coffee all the time before a workout... or throughout the day... as long as you drink plenty o water... have at it...

One cup is totally fine bro. Yeah, I friggin hate coffee, by the time Im done putting creamer and sugar in it, it tastes like cappuccino. Though I prefer a good ECA over coffee any day.*Old Skool Misc Crew*

Coffee!!!
I have to have that one mug of coffee in the morning. The rest of the day its water. When i'm done fixin mine it probably has about 100 cals in it. LOL
But since I don't count calories who cares. hehehehe
