Well, summer time is here and all the hotties are out in their skimpy bikinis.. I love it. Anyway I definately did the whole summer cut this year, but as always I have a leg pic just to remind everyone that I'm not just a beach lifter!
What do you guys think? I'm 160 soaking wet BTW. Pics are taken after a burger and with no pump, but w/e.

Lookin' great bro! Guys think ( I do ) the piercing is gay, but the ladies love that stuff because it's different & most dudes don't have it. Dude, you should be getting lots of pooty tang this summer. Hopefully you know how to speak well & be funny. Some cash helps too! Good luck.
Oh, and a nice face with your physique would be a added bonus no doubt!Beauty is only skin deep, but bad is to the bone!

Meh all the girls I know like the piercing and I like it too. Whether or not guys like it is pretty much irrelevant to me.
My lats are decent but my delts suck. My routine is heavily biased towards core/legs. I will try and get a better pic of my lats and shoulders 'cause I don't think they're that bad.
For people who asked about my ab routine, I do a bunch of stuff: the big lifts obviously (squats+deads), overhead squats, hanging leg raises, hanging knee raises, V sits, jacknives with weight in my hands/legs, various ab bridges, and when I'm bored the ab roller. I also do weighted low pulley crunches on a stability ball. Oh yeah and medball stuff in a V sit.
The routine I'm on right now has me do 2 sets of weighted abs each workout (2-3 a week) and then 10 minutes of non weighted circuit ab/medball. Everyone says it's all bodyfat but I have noticed a big difference in abs since I started doing all this core work.. not to mention an improvement in core lifts.
Cardio... lots of biking, soccer a couple times a week, sprints 2-3x a week, and then fencing 4-5 times a week... so basically a lot. I could've cut with less cardio but I just wasn't as strict with my diet seeing as I usually had at least one training session a day; I eat mostly clean but I didn't cut down on the calorie dense stuff like peanut butter, nuts, and red meat.
Pic of me around 165-170, from Jan. You can see I've lost a bunch of BF and my legs are bigger.

Oh yeah I forgot to say thx for all the comments I appreciate it... sometimes I have trouble approaching girls and the confidence boost is nice... It's tough because all the trashy girls hit on me all the time and it conditions me to think that girls will approach me and I don't have to approach them.
Luckily I have good looking parents so my face is attractive... Besides I think that with low bf%, a tan and well looked after hair pretty much everyone can be good looking enough to score with most girls.
I do incline bench, I just only do 2 sets for chest once or twice a week so it is pretty obviously underdeveloped. I don't really need the upper body size for fencing, as long as my bench stays over 200 I am happy.
