    type of creatine?

    Has Creatine Ethyl Ester worked well for any of u?

    Im not sure which kind of creatine 2 take...

    i take plain mono with water, cuz i dont wanna go thru the troubles with cards and stuff
    can i still see results this way?

    i think i might stack CEE on top of Mono

    just stick with creatine mono that is the creatine that has the extensive research on it. CEE is garbage stay far away from it.
