yeah...the chocolate tastes best though....and if you can, the colder the water the better it taste... but if i was you i would try to get some milk.

I got vanilla "body fortress" with me.

I picked it up at walmart cause it was 10 bucks for 32 servings with 20 grams of protein a scoop. Is this a good deal? The EAS stuff is like 8 friggin' dollars for 12 servings. Body Fortress blows that out of the water.

i use ONs %100 Whey, chocolate. I mix it with water after my workouts, it dont taste that bad. i was told that milk slows down the whey and not good for post-workout.

depends what milk you have it with, but yeh due to the fat in reg. milk it does slow down absorbtion

well, do what i do....because milk f**ks up my stomach. i take it with water.....and i hate the taste of All 100% whey protein drinks..... down it!!! i dont breathe in through my nose and i just down the whole 8oz's of it!!!!

lol, i will second that. the only shake that i find any good is eas banana and it makes me sick as hell, I usually do the same, Down it and eat some food

No dude, are you stupid? it tastes like SMASHED ASS, not to mention it dangerous to drink protein in water, the absorttion is so quick you might blow an o-ring.

Get a grip.

Mix your protein with some icecream, natural peanut butter, and blueberries.
