im curious would a hour of cardio everyday in the morning be too much

i do two sessions of cardo including weights

the second session is my swimming

or should i drop it down to 45 to 50 minutes

im lookin to loose fat

It's fine if you keep a moderate pace and have a small meal before. Don't do cardio in a fasted state for that long.

Hold on there. If you want to hold on to your muscle mass, it's best to have a small meal beforehand. If you're going to do cardio in a fasted state, do it for maybe 30 minutes.

Edit: Theres alot of debate on this, but it best to just eat something small before you do it. Are you concerned about losing muscle mass?

Alittle protein before your cardio won't effect your fat loss.

Who said anything about doing it fast? o_O

And yes, you should be able to hold a conversation. But barely.
