Hey guys,
If I measure myself in the morning, as soon as a I get up, I way less (about 1-3kgs less) and also look thinner. If i way myself in the evenings, I am heavier.
Why is this? Water weight, food weight, carb bloat? Just curious. Also do most of you weigh yourselves in the mornings, or evenings?
