How can u tell when u are in ketosis?
Unfortunately, i don't have any keto stix...so i can't tell if i am in ketosis that way....Is there any physical signs/symptoms? Right now, I feel normal....

Yes, you'd notice if your breath stinks somewhat, you have a "funny" taste present in your mouth, your urine smells and/or looks different, you are somewhat more thirsty and you don't feel the lag you felt transitioning into Keto in the first place--you may have felt a little low on energy as you stopped eating carbs the first couple of days.

headaches are normal it doesnt mean your ketosis, it occurs on your first week because your brain and body is trying to adapt to the new source of energy which is fat....it should go away after few days.....fight it, i gave this diet couples times bacause of the headaches but i fought it back, now it's gone...eat little more carbs to relieve the side effects...

Thanks for the advice. The good thing about these headaches is that i loose my appetite...i just wanna lie down and close my eyes  It's gettin better today.
Today is my fifth day...planning to do two weeks straight keto before the carb up. So far no cravings for carbs yet....just the headaches  .

Headaches aren't that normal, you should be eating a little bit more carbs if you're getting headaches. 10 more grams or so will make a night and day difference. Remember, it's low carb, not no-carb.

Really, headaches aren't normal? I thought it meant that you're body was getting used to using fat as fuel...I guess I was wrong 
I have been eating plenty of carbs. I usually end up having around 25 grams of carbs a day. I know the limit is 20g on keto...so I don't know if I want increase more than 25 in case it kicks me out of ketosis...

ya
i got headaches my first week of keto, what i did was start using small amounts of simple carbs to add to carb pool, maybe mouthful or 2 of gatorade, and using ketchup. havent had headaches since.

I get thirsty alot, I pertty much lose my cravings for sweets, when I first start to enter ketosis my body gets a little weak and tired easily then after about 4 days into it I will have energy again , I sometimes get a headache sometimes I dont. I always tend to lose about 5-10 pounds of water weight the first week thats a big way for me to tell I am in ketosis. I also use the ketosixs but they are not always accurate, mine always turn real dark purple not matter how much water I drink. oh also the water just tends to run right through my body quick when I am in ketosis.

Where did you hear that 20g is the limit?
You should do:
65% Calories from Fat
30% Calories from Protein
5% Calories from Carbs
And you adjust your carbs where needed.

I've been reading the stickies as well as reading the articles on keto...it says that carb intake should be around 20-30g.
Acutually, my ratios are pretty good right now usually around 65-70% fat, 28-30% protein, 5-7% carbs.
