hey, i weight train 6days a week and do 15minutes of skippin after, i heard skippin was good cardio and 10mins of skipping is equivalent to 30mins of running. will i still gain strength and muscle while doin cardio 6days a week?

youre 15 and unless you take steroids you dont need to workout more than 3-4 days a week. you GROW on the off days thats why I do 3 days a week. and of course you can gain muscle/strength while doing cardio. how else would NFL players be so big and tough. you think they dont do cardio?
