Cell Mass Post Work Out,ON Glutamine Before Bed???

What up everyone, I am currently Takeing No-Xplode before hitting up the gym ( 4:30 a.m. ) and takeing Cell Mass Immed after work out around 6 a.m. and again @ 12 afternoon, What you guys think about takeing ON glutamine 5Grams worth right before bed with final meal, Will it help recover much faster or is it not even worth it to bother with since I am getting quality glutamine with my cell mass immed after work out?

You may get different opinions on this, but if you're also taking a protein powder supplement, the glutamine-akg in the cellmass and the glutamine in the protein powder is probably sufficient. Unless you're on a very strict cutting diet, extra glutamine will most likely not help you recover any faster than you are.
