    What is the differential of (hmb) and (amino acids)?
    what it the best to build muscles?

    hmb and amino acids are two different things but both yield better gains in muscle and strength. From experience hmb helps with recovery time, amino acids is essential!! aa should be taken on a regular basis.

    HMB is made up of the amino acid l-luecine and (can't remember the others KIC?) essentially amino acids are the bricks that make up protein. When you eat protein, it is broken down into amino acids to facilitate many of your bodily functions, including new muscle growth. HMB (as well as creatine) is one of the metabolites created by amino acids. It can also be ingested on its own. Benifits may include increases in Lean Body Mass and decreased recovery time.

    I feel that I get enough Branched Chain Amino Acids through my whey protein shakes and other natural food sources. But many people supplement with them after their workouts.

    i personally found hmb a waste of money.
    and with the amino acids, if you're taking a high qualtiy whey already not need for them.

    What Form of amino acids are you talking about? If you mean the pills then they are a waste of money. If you mean the powder, its still a waste of money. If you mean individual amino acid pills (which you don't because you have no idea what your talking about) then they can serve specific purposes.

    Buy whey protein and take it after your workouts, at least until you understand what your doing (regarding training, diet, and supplements).
