Post Im a youngin and newone

Hey all im 14/f/ireland and I'm into getting a perfect toned body shape and be in the olympics. Im a competitive swimmer and have been for quite a while now, but I have been swimming for 2 years and I've noticed that its beginning to build my tri's and bi's. I train 10 hours a week, 5 hours all together of swimming and 5 hours a week dryland exercises. In one week I do 60 small dumbell lifts and 60 push-ups. The 5 hours a week consist of 1 hour on a cardiovascular exercise bike. I also eat healthily enough and im 5ft 4 on a weight of 7st 10, I need some advice from a professional. Is this prgramme that I have been carrying out for quite a while right, what am I doing right and what am I doing wrong? Is this healthy living or am I straining my muscles for my age. please somebody reply thanx! I will include a pic next week wen my pics r developed
