    Exclamation questions with taking no-xplode and other stimulants at 16

    Ok.. people on here tell me that i don't need a stimulant such as no-xplode at my age(16). Why is that?? Is it harmful or just less effective? I took no-xplode 2 months ago, gained about 10lbs in 3 weeks with a very well planned diet and intense exersize and had no bad side effects besides alot of crapping during exersize (wasnt very fun ha). Is it the fact that my body becomes dependant on it?(i'm not sure becuase when i was testing to see if that was the xcase i lost alot of weight and strength after getting sick with the flu a week after finishing ma 1st tub ) . I now bought a secound tub of the new fomula with cm3.. it says no aspartame(does that make it safer??? or soemthing?/ .....does it have any reason to makje it more or less effective?? Just so people know .. I take whey protien, creatine monohydrate , and a multivitami. I know i ask alot about no-xplode but i would really appreciate it if i could get soem feedback on my question.. I'm jsut trying to learn so i make good choices and better my body and athleticism. thanks

    Part is because you are stimulated enough at 16. You don't need it. And my feeling is that you can get dependeant on any stimulant. Also bad idea to trick people into reading your thread.
    Just more evidence that crack don't smoke itself!

    terrible idea to trick people to read your post...you dont need a stimulant at 16..im 19 and i dont need it....the best thing you can do is eat

    Aspartame is pretty controversial, however, I notice negative health effects with any artificial sweetener, so I avoid them at all costs.

    You don't need supplementation...I think of that as kind of cheating. I wouldn't take supplements; I don't even take medicine, because I'm afraid of it f*cking with my body.

    To supplement is to add to complete a thing, make up for a deficiency, or extend or strengthen the whole. Supplements are in no way a "cheat" and are very useful. If you don't want to use them, fine. But don't try to imply that they're even somewhat of a cheating device.

    i think you dont need it cause its a fraud, the only thing your really feeling through the whole workout is the B vitamins and the caffeine. itd be cheaper to go buy caffeine pills and a B12 vitamin.

    no xplode just gives you a lot of energy. i didnt feel any massive pumps or anything, just more energy. when i stopped taking it i didnt lose all the gains i made but from not getting the caffein affect, dunno if it has caffein in it but to me it was the equivalent of gettin hyper off coffee before lifting, i didnt keep the same rep ranges when it ran out. it will give you results, but i say its over rated.

    Yeah, but just saying...the only thing I really supplement with is vitamins...but I see your point. I just don't think fatburners (whatever they are) are necessary for fat loss. (:

    Agreed. Cardio is 10x better than any fat burner on the market.

    I thought you were speaking about supplements in general. (Whey etc..)
