Woww, Nasser!!
Wow all I can say is , WOW!! lol...
http://youtube.com/watch?v=G8JZFmSsL...h=bodybuilding
thats just the front I guess, when he turned around Dorian owned him, thats why Nasser never won the Big O... IMHO Markus is somewhat the modern Nasser, mass freak, with no back.

Damn your right. HUGE from the front but the back is just as important. Whatever work he put in the front if he would have put even half of it in the back he would have faired much better against Dorian.

as nasser has said himself 'you've never heard the judges say a back can be too big'
he is exactly right, its the front they are somewhat complaining about, but thats because somebodybuilders these days don't have the back to match their huge ass fronts.

Unbelievable. I've only seen pics of Nasser, and they always say it's never as impressive as seeing them in motion (where you can see all the angles). He was an absolute beast.

Thats right, Nasser looked awesome from the front. That guy was wide, had great abs and calves.
Back couldnt compete against Dorians, especially the lower. Yes he was a mass freak, but had a better physique than Markus, and placed higher, especially in the late 90s.
Another old time mass freak was Jean-Pierre Fux. I recall he had good quads and calves as well. and monster biceps.

Dorians back was incredble and in a contest of dorian vs ruhl doth in peak condition, ruhl would get beaten hands down. Nasser should have placed higher during his career. dorians calves are awesome from any angle and his F.lat spread was really good as well.

Im not going to lie, comments like this piss me off. The guys had his training down, its not like he neglected his back. Its called genetics, they affect how certain muscles in your body develope. At the competition level genetics play a major role. Its usually the person with the smaller back in competitions that works it the hardest to make up for their lack of genetics.

I met Nasser in person at the 2005 Mr. O, the guy was huge! He was also really pleasant and nice. As far as a bodybuilder goes, he had a huge back but of course nowhere near Dorian's. Nasser has a great stage presence. For some reason when I saw him in the bench press competition, standing next to other folks, he looke even bigger!

compared to Dorian
rememeber, everything in a bodybuilding contest is relative to the guy standing next to you
