Animal Pak tabs (Lipotropic & Mega-T)

Hello. I just ordered Animal Pak and while waiting for it I checked out this picture. I did a little seaching and found Lipotropic & Mega-T are often associated with weight loss. The last thing I want to do is lose weight.

So my question is should I skip those tabs or does the weight loss effects somehow not apply to Animal Pak?

I would like to take the whole pack but now I'm worried about weight loss.

Am I just being paranoid here?
