I have tried the 50:1 extract from the Indonesian Tongkat Ali and felt good results as far as energy and signs the could be contributed to higher testosterone levels, like oily skin, slight acne, and a higher doses 3200-3600mg I noticed some nipple sensitivity the same company also makes a 200:1 extract and that is what if found in Omega's new T-Force Supplement. Nu tra Planet sells 20:1 LongJax from AIDP the is also found in ISatori Isa-Test, and from reading around this may be the most superior, I have yet to try it but Dsade was selling 100:1 and switched to 20:1 because he said feedback was more consistent. Dsade said he is working on a make the 20:1 extract even stronger with this new extration method that he has. Either way they all look interesting.

Eurycoma longifolia, commonly known as “Tongkat Ali” or “Longjack,” is often touted as a testosterone “booster” and marketed to athletes as a training aid and performance enhancer.
Rodent studies have shown oral delivery of Eurycoma extract to improve sexual performance and increase serum testosterone levels. Open-label human trials have suggested that Eurycoma extract may help prevent age-associated androgen deficiency, improve sexual function, and
increase psychological parameters such as mood, energy, and sense of well-being. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of Eurycoma longifolia on testosterone and cortisol levels during intense endurance exercise. We used a water-soluble extract of Eurycoma longifolia
(E) standardized to 22% eurypeptides and 40% glycosaponins. Male subjects (N=30) were recruited from a 24-hour mountain biking event and asked to provide a saliva sample before and after each lap for measurement of cortisol and testosterone by enzyme immunoassay (Salimetrics, State College, PA). Subjects completed 4 laps (14.91 miles/lap) and provided 8 saliva samples over a 24h period. Subjects consumed 100mg of E (N = 15) or a look-alike
placebo (P, N = 15) approximately 30 minutes prior to endurance exercise. Cortisol levels were 32.3% lower in E compared to P (0.552+0.665 versus 0.816+0.775 ug/dL, P < 0.05).
Testosterone levels were 16.4% higher in E compared to P (86.72+40.90 versus 72.47+33.77 pg/mL, P < 0.05). These results suggest that Eurycoma longifolia extract may help to maintain normal levels of cortisol (low) and testosterone (high) and thus promote an overall “anabolic” hormonal state (versus a “catabolic” state characterized by elevated cortisol and suppressed
testosterone) during intense endurance exercise.

I will do my best to answer your questions. I would suggest that you do some research on the site below. Please understand that this mans site is somewhat bazaar, as it is mainly sexual related, however he has some very good research on Tongkat Ali, how it works what is the best product etc. About half way down the page are several links for Tongkat Ali that you may find interesting. Please understand I do not have any affiliation with Mr. Kreutz. I happened upon his site when I was doing my own research on which was the best product to buy. He recommends Sumatra Pasak Bumi as the best manufacturer of Tongkat Ali.

I looked at the L-J 100 site and, this is just my opinion, but find that it may not be truthful in its description of product. They claim that it is a concentration of 1:100, however then it says they are only 50 mg of TA per capsule. The site I order from is www.tongkatali.org, if you check their site you can see that the 1:50 capsules are 400 MG of pure Tongkat Ali Extract per capsule and that the 1:200 capsules are 600 MG per capsule. To the average consumer one would reasonable assume that 1:200 would be 4 times stronger then 1:50, but you can see by the MG per capsule that this is not the case it is in reality only 1/3 stronger, but the price is very high. Using the same math one would see that a 1:100 capsule would probably only be a 500 mg capsule, however on the L-J 100 site it says the capsules are 50 mg? I am sure they would say it is concentrated, but a mg is a mg no matter how you explain it.
For many years I have read an alternatives medicine Newsletter by Dr. David Williams. When he hears of a new herb or remedy he travels to the country and investigates himself. He also recommends that Sumatra Pasak Bumi has the highest quality, and safest TA sold, that is where I frist read about TA from Sumatra Pasak Bumi. Malaysian TA has been know to have concentrations of lead and arsenic in their Tongkat Ali and some companies just bootleg TA from Malaysia since there it is a protected plant. Our manufacturer is licensed and inspected by they Govt of Indonesia. They have on site an inspector equal to a FDA inspector.
The Tongkat Ali I sell is 400 MG per capsule, for body builders it is suggested that one takes between 2 and 4 grams a day ( 2000 to 4000 mg) as you can see with the LJ-100 one would have to take 40 to 80 capsules a day to get the same results. On the label for the LJ-100 it says it is 150 mg of longjack but that is if you take 3 capsules. At the site I looked at I did not see that it was inspected or licensed. Many of the companies in Malaysia add bootleg Viagra to their product which makes it even more unsafe. I had been told that the FDA had notified some sellers that they could not sell certain Malaysian TA, but have no concrete proof of this. The site I looked at is closed and has moved to a new site which is the information I was given that once they are told the cannot sell they just get a new site and continue on. This is only information that some customers have told me, I have not researched it myself. I do not know what you paid for the LJ-100 but if it is comparable to the site I looked at and was indeed 50 mg per capsule then the cost per capsule for theirs is about 28 cents each where mine is about 20 cents each, however if you would multiply their cost times milligrams that would cost $2.24 per capsule. I know on this site it says 2 to 4 caps a day but at 50 mg per capsule that would have little or no effect.
I have a web site that we are making a lot of changes to, we are working on a new site so have not made the corrections to this site, the prices are not correct but it does have a lot of information there also, under "article" on the drop down on the right side of the page you can read the article by Dr. Williams. I am also attaching a couple e-mails that I got from a young man that buys the Tongkat Ali from me and takes it for body building.
The most important things to look for in TA is what country is it from, what are the mg per capsule, is the manufacturer licensed and inspected, is it extract or just the powder. Extract is very dark in color almost like instant coffee and has a very bitter taste.
I hope this is helpful, and if there is anything else I can assist with please contact me. There is so much information about Tongkat Ali I find it difficult to give you all the information. I did much research before I decided to sell TA from Sumatra Pasak Bumi as I felt they were the most reputable with the best product I could find.

MY QUESTION
One last question about what you wrote, I don't understand how the 1:50
extract is a better deal than the 1:200 extracts. I could be wrong but it
would seem that the concentration of the extract is 1:200 and you are
getting 600mg per capsule of that. When the 1:50 your only getting 400mg of
that so you would have take 4 capsules of the 1:50 to equal 1 capsule of the
1:200. What formula are you using.

I am sorry I do not understand how you have come to that total for milligrams. Say you have one capsule that is 400 mg and one capsule that is 600 mg. If one would take 2 of the 600 mg capsules = 1200 mg, or one would have to take 3 of the 400 mg capsules = 1200 mg. The cost one would have to pay for the 1:200 is the real issue. I do not even carry the 1:200 for that reason. Directly from Sumatra Pasak Bumi the 1:200 capsules for 400 capsules is $645.00 and from them for 400 of the 400 mg capsules would be $260.00. 2.48 times more expensive. This is not wholesale but if you would purchase directly from them. For me to buy wholesale from them the cost is 3 times as much for 1:200 then for 1:50.
Doing a math equation that one would divide 200 into 400 (as in MG capsules) = 2
Divide 200 into 600 (MG capsules) = 3 this equals 2/3 so the 600 mg caps are only 1/3 stronger then the 400. 600 - 400 = 200, 200 X 3 = 600. Price wise it would cost almost 2 1/2 times more to purchase them. From that angle, if someone would actually do the math and figure out that they are not getting 4 times as much in a capsule but 1/3 more the price I would have to charge to sell them would be a great expense to me and I would sell very little. At wholesale price to me, I would have to sell the 1:200 for about $80 for 100 when I sell the 1:50 for $21.50. I apologize if I did not explain it clearly. I am sorry, I also wanted to send you this detailed information on the best diet, use and dosage for Tongkat ali.We have not had any negative feedback from our customers about the aggressive behavior,but we feel that we need to make our customers aware of how to
handle these circumstances if they should arise.If any aggressive or unusual behavior develops all that is necessary to do is to go offTongkat Ali for a few days to lower the testosterone levels.
Some of our customers do not follow the dietary guide lines and still have good results. Of course the closer one adheres to this information the better results will be achevied. Tongkat Ali should be taken either on a 5 day on and a 3 day off cycle,2 weeks on and 5 days off or can be taken a month on and 2 weeks off. Most find the 5 days on and 3 days off works the best. However if one is taking it for body building I would recommendthe month on and 2 weeks off cycle. What ever cycle you chooseit is very important to do the off cycle. Tongkat ali should be cycled. This means that onetakes it for some time, and then, for a shorter periodof time, one goes without it. A standard cycleschedule would be 2 to 4 weeks on, 1 to 2 weeks off.However, optimal on-cycle length varies among users (2weeks to 2 months). Most
users will experience arising phase during which tongkat ali’s effects buildup. This means that for many users, there will belittle effect on the first day or the first few daysof a cycle. One then reaches a high phase during whichtongkat ali exerts its effect. This phase can lastanywhere from a few days to a few weeks. After that(still during tongkat ali use) one will enter

I have used the longjack before. I used the root powder, but I had to boil it first, then strain the sediment out; it was a big headache and I threw it out. No one should ever purchase a Biotest product to begin with, but their longjack product [RedKat] sucks. I hate Bitotest and their marketing scams.

Cannot say that testosterone is way up or near the % increase stated but I get a fantastic libido boost and feel "harder" in all ways, as well as a sense of well being.

Some of the write ups claim fat loss on top of cortisol lowering and testosterone raises but I have not seen that yet--its been a month and a half and I cycle it at 300mg a day for 5 days and 2 days off. Love this stuff.

other guy claimed above 3.5 grams a day of 50:1 concentration makes his nipples start feeling sore...but tongkatali.org claims you need 4 grams per day for bodybuilding type effects...so I guess you should used 4 grams a day but use an anti-E with it...

like Estrodex, Novedex, or 6-Oxo (but remember 6-Oxo is banned by the Olympics and pro sports leagues...and "similar compounds" in football)
