    im mall how do i get big

    im a small skinny kid and i wanna get alot bigger and have more muscle what are the best ways what kinds of suppmlements and things like that what should i eat?????

    Invest in some whey protein, a multi vitamin, and some creatine. LIFT HARD and eat A LOT, eat a high protein/moderate carb diet. Spaced out over 6 meals a day, and drink a lot of water!

    if you are an ecto/hardgainer the only way you are gonna put on mass is slowy and in small amounts. if you think you can gain 10 pounds every couple months you're gonna get fustrated. How many calories are you eating daily and whats your workout routine like? anwer this and then we can talk about suppliments.

    I'm assuming you meant small so yeah the only way to gain is to slowly up your cals each week.

    right now im trying to eat about 5000 calories a day just eating as much as i possibly can and im working out 5 times a week i take a protein shake right after i work out and then another one either before i go to bed or right before i work out so idk what else to do im really trying to get bigger and i need some advice creatine and other proteins and stuff also my gym has this stuff muscle milk should i try to drink one of those before i work out everyday????

    I doubt it. Fast food is an easy way to jump up to 5000 calories. I can't even eat 5000 calories without adding some kind of a weight gainer on top of the meals I already eat in a day.
