Below is a typical day of eating for me. I am getting bored w/ eating the exact same thing at the same times for the past 3 weeks (I am a very routine person). I am looking for some *NeW* food ideas for another 3 week routine lol. ANyways, I have a very clean and natural diet so I am not a fan of adding splenda and spices to my food. All help would be appreciated

1/2 chicken 70 cals

5 oz chicken , 125 cals
4 oz green beans, 40 cals
1/2 oz almonds, 80 cals
Prebed Meal
2 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter, 169 cals
