I need a change up in food...

Below is a typical day of eating for me. I am getting bored w/ eating the exact same thing at the same times for the past 3 weeks (I am a very routine person). I am looking for some *NeW* food ideas for another 3 week routine lol. ANyways, I have a very clean and natural diet so I am not a fan of adding splenda and spices to my food. All help would be appreciated . (it's a 1500-1600 cal plan)

ps- Cannot get down cottage cheese (longg story)

Pre-Preworkout
1/2 c. Fiber One ,60 cals
1/2 c blueberries, 40 cals
1 scoop Whey w/ water, 120 cals
1/2 oz almonds ,80 cals

Preworkout
1 piece chicken, 140 cals
1/2 c. oats, 150 cals
1/2 c skim milk, 45 cals
3 c. Spinach

15 min.Preworkout- Whey protein shake, 120 cals

Post workout
1/4 c. oats, 75 cals
1/2 apple, 40 cals
1/2 chicken 70 cals

Post Post workout
1/2 c Kidney Beans
5 oz chicken , 125 cals
4 oz green beans, 40 cals
1/2 oz almonds, 80 cals

Prebed Meal
2 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter, 169 cals

Um out of curiousity, i added up all the calories in the foods and i got 999 calories. Your not eating enough at all dude, and the only reason i bother to count them was because of the small ass portions your giving yourself at each meal....

why do u have 2 whey shakes pre workout and have none pwo? Anyways u didnt ask for criticism but i couldnt help. To answer your question, u might try tofu, different kind of poultry like turkey breast or lean ground turkey, ostrich is very lean and tasty in my opinion, if u dont have a thing against all cheeses but just cottage cheese u can try FF mozarella actually i forgot the brand but there is a fatfree and lactose free mozarella, fatfree farmers cheese, cultured greek yogurt etc.

um OddBall- add up the cals AGAIN. 1464 cals + 30 cals flaxseed. It does come out to 1500. I write down everything I eat and count my cals everyday to make sure I am getting proper protein, carbs, and fats .

I try to get most of my protein from food. I take my post workout meal to the gym so it gets into my body ASAP.
