I recently picked up one of those Protein powders with methoxy in it. But only because it was 80% off and cheeper than regular whey lol. And it has whey isolate in it too. Now i heard from Big Cat that it might be bad for your health to take methoxy. Do you think i should just use up the 2, 2lb containers i bought? or should i worry about it and maybe dump it?
Oh yeah. The product was Methoxy One by Interactive.

I'd just use up the container. I haven't heard that methoxy is bad for your health. However, it is useless unless taken in HUGE doses. Such huge doses are what would pose a health risk.Originally posted by BigMass

ok thanks!. I didnt really buy it for the Methoxy anyways. I know that it's pretty much a scam, but if i can use the mix for the good protein content and ignore the methoxy, then that's ok with me.
