so far all the preworkout supp i use have creatine, how do i cycle off?

besically the preworkout supplement i use have creatine, which is would be superpump, NO-explode. and even intra workout supplement have creatine(intravol). post workout i will use weight gainer, which i try to avoid weight gainer with creatine(seroius mass, cyto gainer).

So my question is, do i really need to cycle off like 1 month without any preworkout supplement? and will i lose strenght?

Yes. You need to cycle off the stims.

    Might lose some strength.

Personally I`d dropped all the pre-workout stim crap and just get some SizeOn. It has good creatine and a bunch of other goodies. Also you really do not need to cycle it either.

his first post and title is primarily about cycling off creatine.

While some vote for it's not necessary, some may consider it a personal preference (as I do).

That being said, Size-On is strictly a creatine product, which won't satisfy his request.

OP - Why not simply go to your local GNC, pick up some caffeine pills and/or GlycoCarn (if available), maybe some Beta-Alanine and there you go.

    Simple PREworkout concoction.

You really do not need to cycle off SizeOn. If you want to take a break just dropp it for a month.

    Sure take your protein.

Do a search on SizeOn. Tons of reviews / info.

SizeOn is strictly a creatine product? Have you gone mad son? SizeOn is so much more than just having creatine in it.

My point was you really do not need to cycle off creatine...but if he wants that's fine. However he listed a bunch of supps with stims in them. That's why I told him to cycle off the stims.

    Get it???

    1 - I'm not ur son.

    2 - OH I'm sorry, Creatine + Carbs

[This is no knock on Gaspari and/or Size-On, so pls any reps, if you happen to see this, do not take anything remotely as negativity]

3 - Yes, he did point out Preworkout supplements that have creatine, but his primary question is (which happen to be his title) is:
so far all the preworkout supp I use have creatine, how do I cycle off
    Reading is fundamental.

4 - That being said, why would he opt for another creatine product? And see my post above, I mentioned clearly that some individuals views are to cycle off, while others say no.

Majority of the time it's of personal preference.

And it seems that he wants to, hence the creation of this thread and his question.

I know he was initially asking about cycling off creatine.

He asked: "So my question is, do i really need to cycle off like 1 month without any preworkout supplement? and will i lose strenght?"

I told him he had to cycle off because of the stims. Not the creatine. (i know some say to but others do not. I gave my view that he did not have to.)

I then gave him an alternative to a pre-workout. Instead of getting wired on stims and then having to cycle off of them he could simply take sizeOn.
