1) Does it matter how fast you consume a protein shake?? I usually chug mine, but should i take it slower over a lnoner period IE maybe 10-15 min??
2) Does your body get used to the types of protein you take, kind of like how your muscles adjust to the same exercises over and over. I get most of my protein from chicken and protein shakes, however, would it be beneficial fo me to switch my protein sources every now and then, or will i keep continuing to see gains by taking the same sources over time??
