    Two Interesting Protein Questions...

    1) Does it matter how fast you consume a protein shake?? I usually chug mine, but should i take it slower over a lnoner period IE maybe 10-15 min??


    2) Does your body get used to the types of protein you take, kind of like how your muscles adjust to the same exercises over and over. I get most of my protein from chicken and protein shakes, however, would it be beneficial fo me to switch my protein sources every now and then, or will i keep continuing to see gains by taking the same sources over time??



    Maybe these are newbie questions, bit i am just interested :-) Thanks!

    1) I think it's the same. Once it hits your digestive system it will go through the same process. Long or slow, it will be digested.

    2) I'm not sure but I don't think so. But I think adding other proteins would benefit your gains also.

    Different proteins bring different amino acid profiles to the table. Mix it up a bit and grow even faster.
