Smile trying to get back into the swing of things...

I used to be into diet and lifting like it was my life before i deployed to afghanistan and now have a wife and child on the way... Its been so long i feel as if i need to get some advice from people. im sitting right now at about 195 lbs, and probobly about 17 to 18% bodyfat. My goal is to gain back the strength i had and get to a lower percentage bodyfat, ive been currently doing 5x5 madcows and running. but im looking for something that will not only help my STRENGTH but lower my bodyfat as well, i guess im talking about a high intensity strength workout? also i really need help with my diet as well. ANY suggestions?
