Ok, so this is what I'm putting in my attic for christmas.

decline to seated bench

Reverse hyper
Glute ham raise
seated calf raise
lat pull and low row
treadmill
elyptical
bands
chains
boards
boxes (for squatting and standing prob. 18x18x3 each and stack)
make a dip bar to lay across the power rack
make my own weight trees
10 rubber mats
texas power bar
45x10, 25x2, 10x2, 5x2, 2.5x2
is there anything else i need or do i never need to leave the house again?
