Stop taking sesamin,e/c, etc???
Im a little less than 5 weeks out from my first comp...is it necessary to completely stop taking sesamin/cla/fish oil? and if so, how many days before the comp?
and what about the e/c stack? im going to finish my second week, by the end of this week...then stay off of it for 2 weeks, then 2 weeks on again...should i stop taking e/c, and if so how many days/week before the comp?

Out of curiosity....
Why would it be necessary to drop any of the items you listed at any point during prep?
I assume you account for all fats consumed, either in foods or supplements, for your daily totals. So - keep em in there.
There is a complete discussion of e/c consumption in the supplement forum - I don't see why you'd need to drop it.

There wouldnt be no real reason to drop them because the fat ratios of them or so low to begin with (unless your taking all the pills at once haha)
Iam even still eatting 1 serving of Walnuts a day until 3 days out.
If you take out your EFA's and fats from like Nuts and all your testosterone levels will crash to the ground.
